MISSION STATEMENT 

Calling all students who are looking for more out of their aviation education. Our students are veterans, people working full-time to finance a dream of becoming a pilot, and those who are not satisfied with the impersonal approach many flight schools take with their students.  At Drake Aviation, we are dedicated to transforming dreams of flight into soaring realities with the use of our experienced instructors teaching online and in person nationwide. We prioritize the student's investment and success by offering multi-faceted flight and ground instruction. The internet exists! Our flight school has been at the leading edge of aviation education technology, imparting the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the skies. Every instructor we have is both a flight and simulator instructor. If you want a the rewarding challenge of aviation you have come to the right place.  Located in Carlsbad, California our main offices hold daily class sessions broadcast at specific times. Miss a lesson? No worries, they are all recorded and we will see you at the next one.  Our modern approach to simulator instruction utilizes the same avionics found in the majority of the GA fleet, and glass flight decks for corporate conversion training. For our active pilots looking to purchase anything Garmin, come learn it first and see what fits best for your aircraft. Want to fly private jets, or in the airlines? We can help! Feel like you are learning and training by yourself? Well knock it off, and join our network of students at all levels. Aviation is a small network of explorers and adventurers, and you can find that community with us. At Drake we genuinely are a family, and offer what few schools  prioritize which is an enjoyment during training through success.
